(on top of the 30lbs I need to lose anyway. My daughter's boyfriend gave me an exercise program and it only involved lifting a 12 oz bottle a few times a day, I like it. I have been using dumbells and body weight to gain more muscle but not like Robert Martin. Would love to hear more about the workout. (My wife thinks I look great naked, at least that's what she hasn't told me) Great to hear about your summer and success'. Give the family our love. Aloha,

What a nice piece you wrote. The difference, because you asked, between your session and the final is that the French horn is present in the live session in a way that only careful listening might detect. It was strong. I was amazed by how little dif there really could be between the two recordings. The live drums sounded same, and were panned more to the left, but really it was all just a dif in mixing on it all. The strings were barely brighter than yours. Your last note was cool, and the live session lacked the cool guitar sliding out. George, you ARE a musician! I'm not really fat but "big-boned" so I don't know if I qualify. That being said, I estimate my caloric intake from booze at approx. 32,000 calories since June. Not sure how that translates into amount of weight gain but let's just say that I'm one jelly donut away from affecting the tides. 2. Now that golf season in the northeast is coming to a close, the leisurely cart rides w/ grey goose in hand seem to be few & far between. I'm now training for a 1/2 marathon and have been steadily increasing my mileage. 3. Afraid to step on the scales but notice that my clothes seem to fit better. 1. Don't do it- my daughter begged and begged and now we're sorry (ask Shaun) and I have REALLY bad allergies so we were told to get a Shih Tzu since they do not shed alot of dander... well, my allergies are alive and well! I can't stand it! I think once you have allergies, it just doesn't matter. Two kids, one on the way, and a dog.... somebody just shoot me now :-) Yikes!
